Most packages arrive within 2 - 5 business days, although depending on the season, can take up to 8 business days. All order confirmations also include a tracking number so you can track your package directly with the shipping carrier. If you have any issues with tracking or your package does not arrive, please contact us at hello@vertellis.com or using the contact form below. While we're reviewing the status of your order, please have a look at your confirmation email and confirm that the provided address is indeed correct.

Absolutely! We don't indicate price on our packing slips and you even have the option to add a gift message in your cart! :)
